In general, it is the rule of Empire Soccer Comp program that coaches will play all players a minimum of 1/3 each game. If a player, for tactical reasons, does not play 1/3 in a particular game, this time can be made up in subsequent games. The only area where there is no 1/3 minimum playing policy is on Championship games (tournaments, league, State Cup).
